[BUG] Option to hide Channel Leaderboard does not work

Current Behavior

If I enable the Hide Channel Leadboard option under Settings => Site Layout => Chat, it does not actually hide the leaderboard. This used to work, but now it does not.

Looks like twitch has removed the data-test-selector='channel-leaderboard-container'.

Expected Behavior

If I enable Hide Channel Leadboard, it should hide it.

Steps To Reproduce

Inside of your settings, enable the Hide Channel Leadboard option under Settings => Site Layout => Chat

Work has already been done, but was not logged as an issue. Any chance we can get this merged in?
