uAMDC: R97 doesn't contain value in Ethernet schematic doc & wrong part ordered #152

On Ethernet.SchDoc, R97 does not have an explicit value in ohms. Upon inspection, a 470 ohm part was ordered for R97, however after cross referencing with the STM32H753 Evaluation Board Ethernet schematic document, the part should be a 0 ohm resistor.

Update the Ethernet schematic document with the value of R97 to 0 ohms and swap the digikey part in the Altium properties to be a 0 ohm resistor.
