Store quarantined files inside the userfolder with meaningful names #143

Instead of storing quarantined files in the %appdata% folder with a random filename, store them in a folder in the user folder instead. This makes it easier to move a plugin folder across PCs without compromising the integrity of the individual plugins.

Folder name suggestion:

UserFolder/SC4Buddy/QuarantinedFiles/
