Allow to connect to intiface central instead of using buttplug directly

Would be cool to be able to use toys connected via intiface central, and not just bluetooth. That way, the computer whose audio we capture does not need to be the same as the one the device is connected to.

it is technically already implemented.

at the start, music-vibes will try to connect to buttplug server like intiface on localhost, falling back to starting own server after a timeout.

you can also specify different address using command flag --server-addr or -s, but i forgot to documented it anywhere.

i should add it as an option to gui 'tho.
