Documentation Error/Notices if locale is de_DE

When visiting the site https://zf1future.com with locale "de_DE" they are some notices and warnings.
This caused a broken website and documentation.
This Issue can be fixed by setting the locale in the cookie data to "en".
After deleting the cookie, a new one is created which again has de_DE locale and everything is broken again

That's a good idea, if any maintainers want to set that up for this project, I can provide the files. Or if anyone wants to build a set of docs themselves, I have a branch that generates the output that I've posted.
