Bug: docker builds failing

hey @anatolinicolae . Since some time there has been some issue with the docker builds. If you look at the actions you can see they keep on failing: https://github.com/Shelf-nu/shelf.nu/actions
Can you please take a look at it when you have some time? Would be nice to keep the image hosted on GH up to date with the latest shelf version.
