**邮票孔和V-CUT的异同

规则的PCB基本用V-CUT
不规则的用邮票孔的多,还有板子太薄,低于1.2mm厚的一般也不用v-cut

邮票孔可以将过孔设置成具有电气连接属性的接口,可以直接焊接到目标板上,
从而避免了接插件的使用(接插件使得高度增加),类似的应用是大部分的无线模块。

V割用于电路板拼板,方便过SMD贴片机 ,提高贴片效率 ,V割之后需要裁板,没有电气属性
分割区域直上直下的,V-CUT居多
分割区域不规则的,邮票孔居多

VCUT可忙理解为切了一个V形, 很容易掰断, 中间不能隔断。一V到底。
邮票孔是钻孔,V是切刀切的,肯定是两种设备。

Vcut分板后比较后,边沿比较平整。邮票孔有锯齿状.
V-cut精度低,分板后有毛刺,设计预留安全间距要更大.**

V-CUT是PCB最后的一道工序,
用一个0.3mm的V型刀直接划过板子,中途不能停,也不能走曲线,
所以走VCUT工艺的都是外形都是直边的板子。

VCUT需要在正反面做两次,
一个1.6mm的板子,上下各划0.3mm最后中间还有1mm的相连,
这样在分板子的时候也容易出问题,外观也不好看,毛刺多。

邮票孔,这个东西只是在两个板子不规则的拼接,要用一个1.2mm-2.0mm的铣刀把外形铣出来,留下剩余的链接点,那么链接点也是有强度的,为了好分板那就打两排邮票孔。
