Cannot fork shepherd.wiki.git

Hi

I can clone this https://github.com/ShephedProject/shepherd.wiki.git fine but don't seem to be able to fork it so I can send PRs.
Is this difficult to fix?

Nevermind, I figured it out (edit) not so fast, still cannot fork.

I don't think Wikis work the same as normal repos. I can't even find the settings for wiki edit permissions any more.

I've had a play around with this and have something for you to look at. The GH web ui doesn't support this but the changes should be cloneable and mergeable from https://github.com/xipmix/shepherd.wiki.git, in the 'wiki-conrib' branch.
