Marking a change as fixed does not move it to bottom

It would be convenient if an item was automatically moved to the top of the bottom of the entry stack when its status is changed to anything other than new or triaged.

Similarly, if a task that was previously "fixed" is changed to new or triaged, it should be moved to the top of the stack.
