A tool to visualize a view hierarchy by spreading out ALL views by a certain offset.

Implemention would be similar to #20 (but XPath is optional, just spread out all of the views).

This will be a breaking change, unless Harmony is used (which I'd rather not).

This should be implemented as part of 1.0.0, to avoid any further breaking changes.
Or, at the very least, a way to offset the views should be implemented before 1.0.0.
