Cart API checkout URL logged in state not working on mobile app #1200

I am using storefront Cart API to get checkout URL. Even though I am passing logged in user's access token in "X-Shopify-Customer-Access-Token" header, the link asks user to log in from the webview. This does not happen with checkout URL created from checkout API, logged in state is maintained there. Kindly advise how to solve for this. Thanks!

same problem. It seems like they are asking you to pay $2000+ per month to get the multipass feature
