Front end user feedback for simple actions

Currently the ONLY type of front end feedback we offer after a user takes an action are Toasts
This can sometimes be extremely overkill for simple actions such as "copy link".

I'd love for Polaris to explore more options such as the copy code snippet pattern used on https://polaris.shopify.com/components/toast

Better yet allow for this type of simple feedback to happen AT the action level. eg... (quick idea video below)
