The package tries to run yarn node scripts/install-npm.js on install to create some symlinks.

In your case the issue seems to be that you don't have yarn (package manager) installed. Since you are on Windows, you will also need to run the install-npm.js script from an elevated shell (Right click cmd or PowerShell and run as Administrator).
