What do you mean? Just search in your instance, and you'll find it ;)

When I look for it in Gitlab it is not there https://github.com/Shuffle/python-apps I have updated my shuffle from this repository and the Jira application no longer appears

That Github repository ONLY has custom python apps, and not generated ones. Go to the Jira app, download the OpenAPI at the top, and move it into your local instance manually for now by building it on the /apps page: https://shuffler.io/apps/jira

This should make it work for you :)
