OPICS MZI circuit simulation failure #203

When trying to run the OPICS circuit simulation on the MZI example layout on the MZI1 opt_in label, the following error is received:

When trying the same process on the MZI2 and MZI3 labels, a different error is received:

This is on Windows with all packages up-to-date in klayout.
