  1. Берем Alden-Saraspova counter
  2. Используем в любой точке корабля или планеты/астероида без ископаемых артефактов

Реальное поведение:
Выдается сообщение "Background radiation levels detected", что не соответствует действительности.

Ожидаемое поведение:
Выдается сообщение "No signals in range"
