Update Token Registry

Description:

Update the Token Registry by:

• Adding the normalized token symbol (i.e. having ETH in addition to CETH)

• Adding token name (i.e. Bitcoin)

• Adding the CoinGecko id to the Token Registry,

• Adding denomination (i.e. ibc/F279AB967042CAC10BFF70FAECB179DCE37AAAE4CD4C1BC4565C2BBC383BC0FA)

similarly to how Solana and Osmosis do it:

https://registry.sifchain.network/api/assets/sifchain/mainnet has been shared with DexScreener
Looking at their answer on if what we have is enough, or if we need to update it with further info (i.e. CoinGecko's id)

hey guys, it seems the above link is not enough, as DexScreener additionally requires:

• coin gecko id (to be able to pull supplies)
• denomination, so that DexScreener could associate something like ibc/F279AB967042CAC10BFF70FAECB179DCE37AAAE4CD4C1BC4565C2BBC383BC0FA with UJUNO and then we could stop using https://api.sifchain.finance/tokenregistry/entries altogether
