Thresholds and custom legends

Bug description

Whenever I set a threshold with a custom legend the threshold stops working.

Expected behavior

Foreground and background color should still be set, even when there is a custom legend set.

How to reproduce

1. Create a panel with table as panel type
2. Create any output like a metric
3. Set a threshold >0 to set the text color to red
4. Verify the color is set to red
5. Add a custom legend to the query
6. Verify the text color switches back to default

Version information

• Signoz version: 0.67.1
• Browser version: Brave [Version 1.73.105 Chromium: 131.0.6778.265 (Official Build) (x86_64)]
• Your OS and version: macOS 13.5.2 (22G91)
• Your CPU Architecture(ARM/Intel): Intel

Threshold doesn't set the text color anymore with a custom legend:

(Please note: I reduced the sizes of the text elements deliberately to fit them better into the screenshots, the sizes aren't the actual rendering in my browser - which look fine in my version of Brave)

I might miss something; if this is the intended behavior can you please point me to the documentation of it?
