High CPU load when some external devices connected via serial are not switched on #56
-
Hello, In that particular case three external devices ( ais, depth sounder and vhf ) were switched off. When checking the signalK server log I noticed a lot of entries reading: Any ideas what is going on and how to prevent this from happening? Thanks a lot |

The error is probably unrelated, but worth solving first to rule it out. It seems something is occupying UDP port 2053, could be some other application or if you have multiple connections you could have a duplicate clash, so that one connection grabs the port and another gives the error. Hello.
I checked connections and there are no duplicates.
What info do you need from the lsof output?
thanks
Edit:
It seems I found the culprit for the probably unrelated error.
Removed the service and I do not get the mentioned error anymore.
However the CPU load problem is still there and a main issue.
