Issue with environment variables for Redis

I am not sure where to put the Redis info in the environment variables is it in the .env file or somewhere else? I do not see where to fill out the info in the .env file like when previously instructed. Can someone please assist me with this?

Place them in the .env file.

I have added the
MEMORY_BACKEND=redis
REDIS_HOST=localhost
REDIS_PORT=6379
REDIS_PASSWORD=
to the bottom of the .env file

when I run the prompt in CMD i get the below error.

would this be related or caused by a different issue?

i just noticed the error in the second line.

I reset all the name, roles and goals to the original settings and am getting the same errors
