How do I turn off email notifications for this

I've tried three options so far in the settings that switch off notifications, but I'm not sure they are the right ones.

I can't find out where to turn off notifications for forum posts like this.

In the mail there should be at the bottom a link with "unsubscribe", click on it and you shouldn't receive any news anymore.

Otherwise, you can manually control it at the top right over unwatch/watch
