another crazy idea: whole program lint

pros: normal linter like clippy only gives preset rules. And can't understand what program means. LLM can solve this.

cons: llm may lint at wrong position, and unstable output.

and the information returned by llm may be hard to parse compare to hover function. Because llm need to return the position and modified code.

and the context length also matters.
