'TSpTBXSkinStatesType' not found #41

To reproduce this another ancient issue:

Create new blank project.
Drop down SpTBXButton1.
Create any SpTBXButton1DrawCaption handler.
Get compile error
[DCC Error] Unit1.pas(14): E2003 Undeclared identifier: 'TSpTBXSkinStatesType'.

That's not critical.
We can add SpTBXSkins to 'uses' declaration with our hands.
But we love perfection :)
