Description:

What is your bug about?

Rapid Fire Barrage w/ Trick Shots loses hits the more targets you add. This was previously fixed on live but not beta, however the bug was reintroduced to live as of 26 Aug.

Details:

Try to explain the bug.

At 2T it hits correctly 40 times, at 3T it loses 4 hits (86 actual vs 90
correct), at 4T it loses 9 hits (151 actual vs 160 correct), and at 5T it
loses 16 hits (234 actual vs 250 correct)

How do you reproduce it (if you know).

Cast RFB with Multi-Shot on the 5 target cleave dummies in Dornogal and check the number of Rapid Fire hits in Details. The 4 target cleave dummies in Zul Dazar can be used to verify the value at 4 targets.
