Hey. I would really like to see this project maintained, as there is currently no real alternative (is there?) and I really like the work that has been put into this project.

Can you give any info on the state of this repo, or respectively the status of v2?

Good question, @kschiffer . I'm not sure.

@SimenB Any thoughts on this? Haven't seen much activity on v2 lately either; not sure if we have a clear game plan for moving ahead.
