Description

Loadouts have a few issues:

Heirlooms spam the popup about it being "safe."
Spacing is messed up in the loadouts menu when you first open it sometimes.
On occasion, items simply do not show up until you save.
Obviously, the height/width bug which is the most annoying one.
Loadouts don't save properly sometimes.

How so?

Often, if you save something, back out, then come back, it seems to go back to the old version.
