Are CLI options -d -f and -r still needed?

With dynamic stacks that grow on demand #77, do we still need the command line options -d, -f, and -r. For now they currently provide an initial start size in place of the defaults.

Removal would be applied to the JNI build Post4Options class too.

Why might a program need to set an initial stack size larger than the default size? What benefit might the program gain from doing so?

No idea, which is why I ask. I have two thoughts:

• Set larger to avoid memory fragmentation, which is pointless on large hosts that will have lots of memory and probably above average memory allocators.

• Set it smaller is useful for testing that the system actually grows the stack as advertised. I've already done the testing, but might need to repeat in the future, but that can be tied to another option, like -v for generalise debug.
