Ability to Retake a Question

To add a back button, would be complex, but if you had a running list of questions and answers at the top, it could include an icon that if clicked, could display that question and answer again allowing the user to change their answer. The complexity there, however, is that some questions only show up because of other selected options on previous questions, so we'd have to remove those questions/answers from the queue. Could be complex.
