Master branch <latex> output to html creates mathml elements #7

The html output is to be used for both epub and website and was modified to output elements with the TeX as annotations. This causes epub validation errors, most likely because the mathml elements are not well-formed.

MathJax can be embedded in Epub 3.0 files so standard latex output in html can be done. as for latex output of all elements.

Recommend changing html ouput of elements to be the same as latex output.
