Getting servers effect not working

What you need help with

Pretty much, when I use the proxy servers expression, it returns none, but when I try to send a person to a server, it does so. Pretty much, any expression revolving getting information about a server in the proxy cannot be done, it just returns none.

What you've tried so far

Well, nothing I can try, but I did link all the servers correctly with the config file. If you need I'll send the config of each server.

I also opened ports and stuff but that didn't help.
