Emojis have extra spacing on some Linux distros, but not all

Works correctly in Avalonia 10, breaks in Avalonia 11
Reported to Avalonia here: Space character after an emoji character is now very long (Avalonia 11) AvaloniaUI/Avalonia#14011
Tried to workaround by using Inter font, but didn't have any effect. May need to figure out Avalonia fallback fonts and include a workable fallback emoji font??
