Description

We already have a resize pipeline during retrieving image, but it does not cover the other user case - file cleanse.

Suggest to let user register lambda for upload trigger, and not limited to images.

Potential usage:

virus check/cleanse (especially a badly crafted images may hack a phone)
remove sensitive information like GPS data on a image
