SlimeVR doesn't have accel from Vive trackers currently

Currently, this uses the protobuf bridge that the driver also uses, which doesn't currently have a way to send acceleration information: https://github.com/SlimeVR/SlimeVR-OpenVR-Driver/blob/main/src/bridge/ProtobufMessages.proto
