Show version of GUI & server

We should show the versions of both the GUI and the server to make it easier if they are mismatched, probably add a warning too if we detect they are. Could probably shove it under Advanced or put it at the bottom of the settings category list

thought about it but there is really no good reason to have it as pretty rare user mistake, still useful though.
