Description (REQUIRED)

With an anvil talisman in the inventory, the nanoblade continues to do maximum damage even if the charge is 0.

Steps to reproduce the Issue (REQUIRED)

It is simple, you just need to have at least 1 talisman of the anvil in your inventory and a nanoblade with enough charge ( 500J is enough), at which point you turn on the sword and attack, you will be able to notice that the damage will always be the same even if the sword has discharged in the meantime.

Expected behavior (REQUIRED)

The right behavior is for the discharged sword to do less damage as described, so -3 damage
