No, because when using keep_runtime_alive all conversations share the same sandbox, which is not desired.

I'm missing so much Kevin's options in upstream:

persist_sandbox = 1
persist_sandbox_for_each_conversation = 1
fast_boot = 1

Nope. It's for not deleting the container only.
