Pilot Feedback - Visual (or Minor) Changes

1. Decrease opacity of question mark icon, when site is zoomed in it overlaps the datagrid and makes it harder to work with the pagination interface.
2. ADD ROW button needs to be hidden (only ways to upload should be multiline/bulk manual input or upload)
3. Manual Entry & Upload buttons need Tooltips to better explain what they do/are for
4. Remove navigation menu dropdown animation
5. In Measurements Summary View, Stem & Tree column headers should be changed to Stem Tag & Tree Tag
6. Delete min/max HOM validation (no longer needed)
7. Remove coordinate units & HOM units (standardized, do not change)
8. Remaining extra/unneeded text and any old buttons in datagrid views need to be removed
9. Add more detailed explanations of form headers where they're used
10. Disable species autocorrection system (missing family/genus/species ID should cause rejection)
