Yes, I installed "Interception", No, it is not working for my Razer Viper nor any other optical mouse I have.
When I click to bind the mouse movement it's not working.
When I click the 3 dots all that shows up is the clear binding.

The Delta to analog works just fine, but for it to work the best I need to know how I change the Y to -Y, how do I invert it?
