No Controller is Detected

I made a video showcasing the problem here
Some games won't detect the x360 virtual controller, some will detect ds4 output only, some games won't detect anything.

In the case of the Xbox App I have to disconnect the reciever and the x360 controller is detected but thats useless. If I plug the receiver back in, the virtual controller is frozen.

Mass Effect works during game selection then stops working once specfied game has launched...
