Error "Calling method '_start_suite' of listener 'CryptoLibrary' failed: Unexpected failure in key derivation"

Dears!
I'd like to ask your support related to the above error generated by robot when CryptoLibrary wants to be used.|
In fact this problem is specific on one environment only, the other(s) work fine.
I also tried to delete the generated key pairs then regenerate them; in addition deleted private keyword (so that files password_hash.json / private_key.json / public_key.key got removed) then repeated generating new key pairs.
Last but not least reinstalled robotframework-crypto package (0.2.4) but unfortunately problem remained.
The mentioned error is dropped twice; the first right before the very first command of suite setup, the second one is between end of suite setup and beginning of test setup procedures.
Could you please comment what might cause this phenomenon and how to overcome! Thank you!
