Document the steps for creating the VirtualBox, adding disk partition and disk partition steps while booting the ISO image.

@Anilkumar18 this looks done, but the documentation has not been added to the readme.md.

I will add some stuff and hope the team can review it and update if I miss something--do not spend more than 30 minutes reviewing this.
