La nouvelle version du module terraform pour créer les buckets S3 permet d'activer (explicitement) les backups versionnées du bucket sur scaleway. Il faudrait qu'on upgrade nos buckets existants pour avoir les backups SCW

En attente que le module TF des buckets S3 se stabilise
