Add the possibility to add new chunks #11

Sometimes Whisper will skip from the dialog chunks. It will be great to have an add button to allow adding new chunks.

This will require:

Adding the option to the UI
Sending the Add chunks as part of the /regenerate_video
Make changes in the backend to process this
