Fluorescence extraction workflow

It should be possible to define workflows including data loading, segmentation, background correction, fluorescence extraction and data export.

The workflow should be carried out on a large number of stack files (e.g. all stage positions of an experiment) to reduce the amount of user interaction required for data analysis. When the workflow is finished, the user should be able to scroll through the datasets and check the analysis results.
