Describe the bug
The auto-updater doesn't work at the moment.

To Reproduce
Launch v2.2.9.

Expected behavior
When launching v2.2.9 the auto-updater should notify of v2.2.9.1 but it does not.

Additional context
This feature was added in v2.2.9 and should notify of the new v2.2.9.1 but it does not.
