Migrating from one version of contact- pane to a new one. #46

Adding webIDs to the groups changes the structure of the contact app.
What migration strategy is to be used/possible ?

store a version reference
rebuild the group vcard:hasMember manually using tools, and/or propose a migration next time the app is used or next time solidos is used.
