[feature]Add a new visualizer for power-spectral-density

I wanted to add Power-spectral-density visualizer to the project.
Power-spectral-density visualizer is used to analyze the frequency content of signals. It represents how the power (or variance) of a signal is distributed across different frequency components.
@dinxsh @Soumya-Kushwaha please assign me this issue.
