The goal is to update AntWeb daily from TW. The first step is the automated request for a Darwin Core Archive for All COs with all predicates selected. The second step is for Antweb to access the folder for upload to Antweb. Could you help with step one: creating a tool for the automated request for a Darwin Core Archive for All COs? Or could you advise on how I could instruct an IT volunteer to start the project?

In brief, we need to land this branch: #2936. It allows an API call to generate a Download (sensu TW), and access that download via another API endpoint. A collaborator would want to ensure it meets the needs of what you are looking for, and confirm the testing that I outlined there. Because this is the first endpoint that facilitates writeing to the db there are security concerns we need to be careful with.
