I am creating Field Occurrences and uploading images. I need to check if all the images were uploaded correctly. Currently I can only access to the recent Field Occurrences. But I need to see them all to check for errors.
I also need to write a manual for the ones with grants that will be creating new Field Occurrence to add their images.
I tried to find them by filtering all the collecting events created between the dates I spent uploading the images. I got to a number of collecting events and when I used the unified filter to see which OTUs were represented by those collecting events.,the result was just 3 OTUs and there where at least 10 different species represented in the images.
I really need to be able to check if what I am doing is right. I also need to be able to explain to the ones with grants to check if they are doing it fine. And be able to see what they are uploading.
I can not upload more if I can not be sure I am doing it right.
Is there any other way?
