Sphere Crash on boot if there Critical about missing NPC

I deleted some NPC in script that appear on the save file.

WHen I was booting My server I get this error

When I try the last DEV branch, SPhere just crash and close without warning

Last lines on log is this one:

On the old version I was able to just Save and the save was fix for next boot. Now it's just impossible to fix.

@xwerswoodx made some local test and confirm. He notice
if the removed character have an item equipped it crash
if you remove all items and memories, it loads fine just with an invalid char error
